Return and Refund Policy

Customized products (photo frames with customer photos, printed mugs, printed t-shirts, cushions, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days.
